Won't convert. Says I'm not connected to the Internet. Obviously I am.

Been using this successfully for almost a year.  Today, it won't convert.  Says I am not connected to the internet. 

I upgraded to Adobe Reader DC.  No difference.

I tried to log into exportpdf.acrobat.com.  Says there is a critical error.  "unable to fetch base_uris from files tier".

Is this a systemic issue?  Something that is being worked on?  If so, can't they post something? 

Or is it just me?  And how to I fix it? 

I use the conversion a LOT.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in response to your query.

As there was an intermittent issue was going on with the document cloud pdf services which has resultant this error. The problem has now been rectified and the services should now be up and running.

You may please check and let us know if you are still experiencing the same issue?
