    Hi razzy2,

    I would be happy to cancel your subscription for you, but Adobe only offers a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of subscribing. Would you like me to go ahead and cancel your subscription?

    Hi razzy2,

    I'm only authorized to process a full refund if a subscription is canceled within the first 30 days (not after an annual renewal). If I do cancel, you will receive a refund for 50% of the remaining months. Should I proceed?
