Wrong subsciption purchased by accident and refund required

I just purchased the Monthly Adobe PDF Pack, and realized I actually need to purchase the Acrobat Standard DC subscription (month-to-month)‎ instead. Could I get a refund so I can purchase the other option?

As per the description above, you want to cancel the Adobe PDFPack service and get a refund so that you can purchase the correct Adobe Subscription. Is that correct?
