Wrong time zone in Audit Report

When i send through document cloud document to fill and sign, it is using wrong timezone as i can see in audit report. It is using GMT but i am in Australia UTC+10. In my profile settings is timezone set well. I tried to find solution in forum here but i wasnt successful as they seems to be outdated and no valid in current version. Any advice how to fix it will be very appreciated.
