change background color when converting from pdf to word

I recently converted a pdf with a white background to a word doc and the background turned into black with white text. I want white background, what to do ??

Hi sandraa113556,

What version of Word are you using? Are you on Mac OS or Windows? I wonder whether you have some Accessibility options turned on, which are affecting the display in Word (a common accessibility option is to invert the text/backround).

Do all PDFs you convert to Word exhibit this behavior, or just one? And what method are you using to convert (ExportPDF, Acrobat)?
