I am having the same issue as stated above, here is the message I get... "The document you are trying to load requires Adobe Reader 8 or higher. You may not have the
Adobe Reader installed or your viewing environment may not be properly configured to use
Adobe Reader.
For information on how to install Adobe Reader and configure your viewing environment please
see http://www.adobe.com/go/pdf_forms_configure."

I recently purchased the most current version of Adobe, thank you in advance for your help.

You are probably trying to view the file on the web, or in an email? If so you need to download the file, to your Windows or Mac desktop, then open the file in Reader. Check you are using Reader. There are many unsuitable apps waiting to jump on your file.
