How can I cancel Export PDF purchase?

Sorry to hear about the unsatisfactory experience.

Have you tried to export a 1099 page pdf to excel and the format was incorrect? The Document Cloud services allow you to upload and convert files that are up to 100 MB. If your file exceeds the limit, then the result might be inappropriate.

If you still willing to cancel the subscription, then you can surely do that from your Adobe account itself. For the detailed steps, you may refer to the help article here- Cancel your membership or subscription | Adobe Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services
