I want to convert a Power Point presentation to include the notes on it.  Has anyone done this?  Is it possible?

Hi thomascookedlarf,

What version of PowerPoint are you using? In versions earlier than 2011, you can select an option to "Print comments" in the Print dialog box, and then print to PDF from PowerPoint (though I can't say for certain whether that will print to the PDF).

That option is no longer available in PowerPoint 2011, so I don't believe there's an easy way to print comments from that version.

Ours is the most recent version of Power Point.

This page has instructions for printing comments in PowerPoint 2013: http://www.bluepecantraining.com/portfolio/insert-view-print-comments-in-powerpoint-2013/. So, I would follow the instructions here, and then choose File > Print in PowerPoint, and choose PDF from the pop-up menu in the lower-left corner of the Print dialog box.

Please let us know how it goes.

Best,

Sara
