Problems editing pdfs in Internet Explorer...

I have been using DC to share pdfs for review. Those who open the link through Internet Explorer will mark up changes, but when they attempt to post their change receive the following message: We are unable to post your comment, please try again.

I have instructed them to open in Firefox or Chrome, and they have no problems. Is there a fix to this? Would love to know if anyone else is having this problem.

Hi Carolm,

Looking at the description given above, seems only IE is causing trouble adding the review to the document. In this case there might be a compatibility issue with the IE, could you please confirm the exact version of IE they are working on?

Their browser might need to be required a rest or ask them to check after deleting cache and cookies.  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/hub/4230784/internet-explorer-help

Also, ask them to please check if there is any internet security setting that's blocking the web browser to save changes.

Regards,

Akanchha
