Acrobat Pro DC is stuck when uploading documents at 72% after clicking "Specify where to sign" in the office for all laptops. There are lots of people encountering the same issue and regarding to one of the posts - https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-sign-discussions/quot-specify-where-to-sign-quot-gets-to-72-the...) - which mentioned about licence issue. But it cannot apply to my case as I am able to use the online version (https://documentcloud.adobe.com/) as a workaround.
Is it possible that it is related to network issues? Because there are quite a lot of restriction in my company environment.
Any suggestions are highly appreciated.
Thanks.

Adobe Support, If the issue is casued by a limit of 2 esignatues being allowed per month, the application should provide a message stating that. Making the user commnity research what outwardly appears to be a glitch wastes everyones time.

Today and yesterday I haven't been able to get Adobe Sign to get past the "Specify Where To Sign" step. Does anyone know what's going on? Is it on my end or Adobe's?
I fill in the form, I sign it myself, I click "Request Signature", everything is going smoothly, I enter the email address of the person from whom I need the signature, type in a message and click, "Specify Where To Sign."
Then . . . I get a white screen with the text, "Uploading . . . 72%" and it gets stuck there. It stays stuck there for hours -- until I cancel it.
Yes, I have restarted the application and, yes, I have restarted my computer. I'm not an idiot.
What's going on?

I am dealing with the same exact issue. Stuck uploading at 72%. I have noticed many other people with the same problem when searching for a solution.

I'm having the same issue too. Did anyone from Adobe Support reply with a permanent solution? My corporate IT team haven't been able to fix it yet.

Acrobat Pro DC is stuck when uploading documents at 72% after clicking "Specify where to sign" in the office for all laptops. The version of adobe is the 2021.007.20095 with windows 10 Pro 1809. This only happens on my organization network. On the web it´s working fine. Can you help me? Are there any specified rules to use on our firewall? This situation started 2 weeks ago.

Hello,
We have tried to upload a document to "Adobe Acrobat Sign".
We chose "Request E-Signatures" > entered 2 E-Mail recipients > selected "Specify Where to Sign", but the uploading was stuck for a long time on 72%.
We also tried to upload a different document to 1 E-Mail recipient - but it has ended the same.
What can we do to solve the problem?
Thanks.

Hi Shani,
Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.
Could you please confirm if you are using the desktop application or Online account to send the document for signature?
If the issue occurs with the Acrobat Pro DC desktop application, try using the online account and check if you can send it without any problems.
Open the link and sign in using your Adobe ID.
Go to the E-sign tab and use the Request Sign nature option.
If it works online, share the Acrobat desktop application version number and the OS on the machine.
We may require logs for the issue.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
Meenakshi
