Adobe sign: ADVANCE FORM FIELDS AND FEATURES do NOT EXIST

Bonjour,

Merci

Hi Estelle,

Sorry for the delay in response.

We have checked your account and see that you have an Acrobat Pro DC subscription that includes Acrobat Sign Individual plan.

The form fields you are looking for are not available with your current plan. These fields are available in Acrobat Sign Team, business, and Enterprise service plans.

Hope the information helps.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Some field types (e.g. in-line image fields) are only available to business and enterprise service levels.

Hi,

this answer does not help me :

1/ You do not answer relating the field that interests me (I do not speak about in-line image fields, but attachments fields).

2/ We are a company. So tell me what kind of level is required, since levels are not mentioned in pricing page of adobe website

In your original post you mentioned three field types you don't have access to. If you are interested in only one of them, you might want to edit your question to include that information.

I'm neither an Adobe employee nor especially interested in pricing or service level details. Thus, sorry, I've no idea.

But you might also want to edit your original post to include these details (you being a company and ready to invest in some serious service plan), so that someone in the know coming along your question knows what you want and can answer appropriately.
