Adobe sign for salesforce

Today we started getting an error in salesforce. We have for years now, been able to just click the Create Contract button and it would open a page to generate the document. We would review the email address, message etc. But, today the page will not load. I can see it flash, but does not load the page. 

We have not made any changes as I am the only admin. I've tried multiple browsers. Can someone please help?

Update, I found that if I swith to Classic the page will load allowing me to move forward. The downside to this, is that none of the users are familiar with Classic. 

So what do I need to do to get the page to load in lighting.

So we are in the latest version of adobe sign for Salesforce. We've been able to get everything working. 

 

Only issue I am having now is that when the contract is signed by the client and counter signed by the sender, a final copy is only being sent to the client and not being sent to the sender/final signer.

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

As you have mentioned above, the sender/ final signer is not receiving the document. If you are referring to the email with the final copy of the agreeemtn, please check settings of the Adobe sign account. Ensure that you have enabled the options to receive the email notificaitons once the agreement is signed. Also, check if the document appears under the completed folder in the Adobe Sign account.

 

If that is not the case and as you are using Adobe Sign for salesfoce, I would request you to get in touch with the support team. They have access to the backend settings and may help you in resolving this issue.
