After last app updates, on my iPad when I open file to sign, doesn't appears "get sign in person", I must to fill my document and send to customer's email for sign, does anyone else get this? How can I solve?

Hi Meenakshi,
I open Adobe Sign App from iPad (App Version 3.27.4 - iOS 15.7.3), I select "Sign in Person", add from my document library agreement "Report Intervento 2023_01", add destination email for sign, fill my document and push "Send" when finished, appears popup on display to pass to person for sign, the recipient sign by finger and fill "Name Company", another popup ask me to recorder position gps, now when push "OK" to end appears popup "Missing required fields" and recipient must sign by his computer the whole signing process to complete sign agreement.
Enclosed workflow in pdf.
I tried also other agreements, one time with one blank and result was the same.
I hope that you help me to solve because for my work I need to use this metod "Sign in Person".
