Any kind of box, such as signature, full name, check box, etc, is not letting me move the box once it has been placed. It only lets me resize the box. Is there a tech issue going on? Or is this my account?

My co-workers and I have been experiencing the same issue over the last few days. We've found that we can move the boxes if you hover over one of the corners and get the 4-arrow symbol. It's a little tricky though. We're hoping this issue can be resolved quickly since it's taking us longer to route documents to sign.

Did you check if this also happens when you add form fields to other documents?
Would you mind sending the screen recording of the issue at your end?
Are you using the Acrobat desktop version or the online account to send documents?

This situation was no longer an issue later on the day I posted my comment above. I've verified with all my co-workers that the issue has gone away for them as well. Things are back to normal for us so no additional action is needed here.
