API for signing with AdES and QES digital certificates

I'm starting an investigation into which API to use in our web application, in which we need to sign PDF documents using AES digital certificates and QES digital certificates, which our customers already commonly use in Adobe Sign. Yes, but to get a digitial signed pdf, you need to send a file in the agreement which contains a digital signature field.
