Thank you for reaching out.
Acrobat Sign do not charge for the Braintree account. The feature only works in Acrobat Sign if you have a braintree account and enabled the option for braintree in the account settings. Also, the payments feature is available to the enterprise, business, and small business levels of service in the NA, EU, and AU datacenters. For more information refer to the information on the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4aD6YTy.
We have checked your service plan with the email address used to sign in here on the community page. You have Acrobat Sign individual service plan. It would be helpful if you could share more information on what happens on your end. We suggest to get this checked with the support team for PayPal braintree.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Hi,
I have the same issue. I had a trial version of Adobe sign and I finished it on time. Once I have the charges from Adobe Braintree (what is that?), I looked up in my account, and only have the Photographic plan, but still having charges from outside Adobe with this braintree plan. And looking for an agent have been a big problem. This is not customer oriented

I'm having the same problem. I have had an Adobe Cloud account for years and never had a problem. But a few weeks ago I got a charge for this Adobe Braintree service that I never heard about before, and I still got the regular charge from Adobe Cloud. I tried to check this name and the online information was very confusing. It was apparently an e-commerce service that I really never heard about before, much less had sign up for it. I thought someone had cloned my card so I canceled it. But now I've got a new charge on my new card, the same one that I updated on the Adobe Cloud account. I've been charged twice again, the same amount.

My conclusion is that Adobe Braintree is the usual charge for the adobe cloud. What I don´t understand is why Adobe don´t clarify this.

I have the same issue with the Adobe Family associates Scam system, they have been chargign money to my registered account since october 2024. There is no better way to describe a company "associate" that charges customer for services you did not ask for. but since many of us are not checking every penny every day, they can steal "legally" money fro your account, hidden in their policies. This sort of unauthorized charges are something that worths us to take legal action.
