Never heard of braintree and now I have been charged....
Can u help me with thhis?
My Adobe suscripition have had no change in a while,,,Idk why is this....

As mentioned earlier, Adobe does not register or charge you for the Braintree account. You can use Braintree as a payment gateway in Acrobat Sign only if you have a Braintree account.
If you are charged for Braintree, we suggest contacting the support team for further information.

Hi I'm facing the same issue. Without my knowledge or consent, I've been charged for an Adobe Braintree subscription a product I've never heard about before. I tried calling Adobe but they have technical issues with the phone lines and the chat is not helpful. Also tried through the Braintree page to submit a request for help, but I can't submit my request without a Merchant ID and the environment I'm using, I don't even know what those are.

E de um tal de Adobe Braintree.
Se alguem souber como faço para retirar esse pagamento, por fvor avisem

I'm having the same problem. I have had an Adobe Cloud account for years and never had a problem. But a few weeks ago I got a charge for this Adobe Braintree service that I never heard about before, and I still got the regular charge from Adobe Cloud. I tried to check this name and the online information was very confusing. It was apparently an e-commerce service that I really never heard about before, much less had sign up for it. I thought someone had cloned my card so I canceled it. But now I've got a new charge on my new card, the same one that I updated on the Adobe Cloud account. I've been charged twice again, the same amount.

I have received a charge from Braintree, which I have never signed up for, a charge for about 20 dollars. My Adobe account is the same as always, but the truth is that I am surprised, I don't know what it is about. Please help. Gracias
Me ha llegado un cobro de Braintree, cosa que nunca he contratado, un cobro por 20 dolares aprox. Mi cuenta Adobe sigue igual que siempre, pero la verdad estoy sorprendida, no se de que se trata. Ayuda por favor, gracias!
