Braintree charge without hiring the service!

I have received a charge from Braintree, which I have never signed up for, a charge for about 20 dollars. My Adobe account is the same as always, but the truth is that I am surprised, I don't know what it is about. Please help. Gracias

Please help! I have the same problem! and it´s a lot of monet that this braintree is charging!

I'm having the same problem. I have had an Adobe Cloud account for years and never had a problem. But a few weeks ago I got a charge for this Adobe Braintree service that I never heard about before, and I still got the regular charge from Adobe Cloud. I tried to check this name and the online information was very confusing. It was apparently an e-commerce service that I really never heard about before, much less had sign up for it. I thought someone had cloned my card so I canceled it. But now I've got a new charge on my new card, the same one that I updated on the Adobe Cloud account. I've been charged twice again, the same amount.

You can use Braintree as a payment gateway in Acrobat Sign only if you have a Braintree account. Adobe does not register or charge you for the Braintree account. I suggest reaching out to the Braintree support team to get this checked.
