I created Adobe Acrobat Sign developer account and try to access adobe sign console using "https://secure.adobesign.com/public/login" .After successful login, instead of getting developer console,  I'm automatically redirected to: "https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/" instead.How to fix that ?

I have been attempting to use the v6 API to create form fields on a uploaded PDF. I have tried many iterations. I signed up for the trial version of Adobe Sign yesterday and tested how it would work to solve an issue with clients I can't currently meet face-to-face with because of COVID-19. It worked great. I sent a document from my (work) trial account to my personal email account, signed the document, and then opened the document in my (work) trial account. Super slick, I thought - this is going to be great!    But now I can't find one single way to delete the signed (completed) agreement from within Adobe Sign and the document doesn't even appear anywhere in my Adobe Document Cloud. There are no options for deleting the document at all. I've contacted Adobe through chat and they have no solutions for this and have referred me to this page instead. I've read through past discussions and the solutions posted don't work - the screen options I get are not the same as in those solutions - perhaps because since those were posted the product has changed.   I would love help figuring o

I have been an AdobeSign user for 6 years and have lived through all the “improvements.”NOW it has decided that every time I send my rental contract to a guest, who may try to initial and sign it from their smartphone, I must manually tell it to not make the inital field mandatory. So the guest may or may not read that particular page.The fact that Adobesign does not support initialing from a smart phone is absurd.  Please tell me if I am missing something.

No longer seeing signature being populated at signature tag. Is anyone else having this issue? We have 10 customers who we integrate with and send documents for signature through their Adobe Sign accounts. Half of them no longer recognize the signature tag and place the signature at the end of the document, while others are still working fine. Trying to understand what in the new release may be causing this or if we need to make a change going forward.

Hi All,I would like to know if there is a way to group the different published workflows. The list is very long and not easy to consult. For example, I would like templates *1*, *2*, and* 3 *,to appear next to each other in the list (one after the other), so they are easier to spot and select.Thanks for your help, Luciano

I complete a form, then select e-signature.  Recipient receives the form blank.  It is removing all completed data from the form.Trying to fix myself, and notice when I go to add the signature recipient in, all the completed data is removed, and new empty text boxes are put in its place.

After signing in, then going to Profile Settings and clicking on Change Password, another tab opens with this URL:https://accounts.adobe.com/securityand I get the following error message:This site can’t provide a secure connectionaccounts.adobe.com uses an unsupported protocol.ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCHThis was in a Chrome browser and I get the same in Firefox. Can anyone help with this?

We have a problem with one of our email addresses that can be recreated by anyone trying to send that user an Adobe document to sign.The issue first surfaced when one of our Directors attempted to get a contract signed by two users.  When we try to enter the problematic user's email address, it gets replaced by Sarah Smith.  The email /Sign document is sent to the correct user so they can sign it.  The issue is under the signature, which shows the correct name; the user name shows Sarah Smith.  As this is a legal document, we need both names to match.Has anyone seen this before? Thanks,Randy

Hi! I'm kind of trapped after reinstalling my Win11 earlier today. I thought I backed up everything but my creative cloud app was logged-in on my laptop for so long I forgot it exists. The problem is, I work in photoshop and premiere every single day and now I can't log in to account I pay for every month lol.After a year or more of using the account and paying for it, I can't remember email adress I used. As mentioned in the title, I have name, surname, (obviosly) and credit card data (the one used for monthly payments). Phone number I think I used doesn't work... I can also check when the payments started. Is this kind of info enough to verify the acc being mine? How can I recover my account or at least get to know what email I used back then? I know all my passwords so recovering will be easy from then on.Please help! 🙂

I'm trying to sign up for Adobe E-Sign. after putting my ID and password I just got the following message: "Please accept the Adobe Acrobat Sign invitation previously emailed to you. If you have questions, contact your account administrator."Please let me know for the administrator how to send the Adobe Acrobat Sign invitation again. 

Both accounts used to be part of a Teams account, but are now just on individual Acrobat Pro accounts. 

Im trying to create an agreement via your REST V6 API and everything seems to work, i can upload a document and im receiving a documentTransientId, i can also create an agreement and set some basic data to it. PDFs are password protected by default. WHere do I find the password and how to I disable this? Adobe signI'm trying to open a pdf that i exported from my adobe sign account and for some reason, it's password protected. I never set a password for it.Any help?

Is there a way to edit the text once a template has been created?  I am able to edit the fields, but don't see any way to edit the actual text on the document.

We are building an Adobe Sign integration in our application for our customers.We use Adobe Sign REST APIs to create and send agreements with dynamic signature positions provided by our users.
