Is there a way to disable the audit report (document history page) added to the file after signing?

    Hello Michael,

If you have business level account, you can disable the Audit report by going to Account tab->Account settings->Global Settings and then uncheck "Attach audit report to signed copy".

I was able to click the link in the "Signed and Filed" email from Adobe Sign to "view the document in your Adobe Acrobat Sign account" and download a version without the audit report using hte "Download PDF" action in the right sidebar menu.  I presume that you need to be the originator or a signer to access the document in Adobe Sign.

If you go to the Adobe sign page, and log in with your Adobe account, you can download the pdfs without the audit report/document history.

    Solved.

Just rang customer service and they were happy to remove that audit report from my account.
