Adobe Acrobat Sign

I am trying to develop an app and it requires the following scopes:  openid AdobeID user_management_sdk Is there any way other then getting an enterprise account? 

I am using Adobe Acrobat Sign for our daily cash-out procedure and have created two separate one-page templates to replicate proof sheets from two different financial systems. Each template includes a File Attachment field placed at the bottom of the document so supporting files can be uploaded for that specific proof sheet.On days when activity occurs in only one system, I send a single template without issue. On days when both systems are used, I created a workflow to compile both templates into one agreement so the approver can review and approve everything at once.The issue I am encountering is that all uploaded file attachments are appearing to the very end of the combined agreement, regardless of which template the File Attachment field belongs to. This makes it difficult to determine which attachment corresponds to which proof sheet.My expectation was that each attachment would appear immediately after the document it was uploaded for, since the File Attachment fields are placed

Is there any way for a signatory to see who is still pending signature?I understand that if someone is copied on the email, they receive a link that allows them to view the document status. However, when a signer tries to check who is still pending on the same agreement—by clicking the same link they received—they get a message stating that the document has already been signed and are unable to see who is still outstanding.

Unter den Vorlagen hatte ich im November 2025 eine Vorlage für alle erstellt. Nun sehen andere Nutzer in unserer Firma diese nicht. Was muss ich tun?Es scheint sich generell etwas geändert zu haben, da bei mir das Erscheinungsbild so ist: Bei Kollegen aber oben E-Signatur-Vorlagen stehet und meine nicht zu sehen sind. I use the in progress in the desktop app to monitor outstanding documents. Today I open it and it says I only have 5, while the online in progress list is 20. I have confirmed I am up to date.I have logged out completely and back in.I have cycled back to old view and new again.If I search the document directly I can find it and it lists as ie., 0 of 1 signatures; therefore it should be in the in progress list.I hate the online page. How do I fix the desktop?

We are putting a workflow in place for new employee contracts and are wondering if there is a way to remove one of the signers from receiving the email with the final signed agreement.  That person gets a lot of emails already and does not want to receive a final copy of every contract.

I’ve spent 3 days looking for a solution, but unfortunately the problem still persists after hundreds of attempts. I paid for a subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro, which includes e-signing.Here were what I did:sign out and sign in and reboot the system I tried on mobile, ipad, pc, webpage, app cleaned all cookies, history 

I have been an AdobeSign user for 6 years and have lived through all the “improvements.”NOW it has decided that every time I send my rental contract to a guest, who may try to initial and sign it from their smartphone, I must manually tell it to not make the inital field mandatory. So the guest may or may not read that particular page.The fact that Adobesign does not support initialing from a smart phone is absurd.  Please tell me if I am missing something.

This are my real time scenario so help me.

I open my PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro, request a signature, add an email address, and click on "Specify Where to Sign", and I get "Authentication Failed".

I created Adobe Acrobat Sign developer account and try to access adobe sign console using "https://secure.adobesign.com/public/login" .After successful login, instead of getting developer console,  I'm automatically redirected to: "https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/" instead.How to fix that ?

I have been attempting to use the v6 API to create form fields on a uploaded PDF. Basically, I’m trying to do the v6 REST API version of this: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/place-form-fields-in-a-document-using-rest-api-adobe-sign.html Is there an update of this or a resource example? It creates the agreement just fine, but no field ever gets created. I have tried many iterations. I signed up for the trial version of Adobe Sign yesterday and tested how it would work to solve an issue with clients I can't currently meet face-to-face with because of COVID-19. It worked great. I sent a document from my (work) trial account to my personal email account, signed the document, and then opened the document in my (work) trial account. Super slick, I thought - this is going to be great!    But now I can't find one single way to delete the signed (completed) agreement from within Adobe Sign and the document doesn't even appear anywhere in my Adobe Document Cloud. There are no options for deleting the document at all. I've contacted Adobe through chat and they have no solutions for this and have referred me to this page instead. I've read through past discussions and the solutions posted don't work - the screen options I get are not the same as in those solutions - perhaps because since those were posted the product has changed.   I would love help figuring o

No longer seeing signature being populated at signature tag. Is anyone else having this issue? We have 10 customers who we integrate with and send documents for signature through their Adobe Sign accounts. Half of them no longer recognize the signature tag and place the signature at the end of the document, while others are still working fine. Trying to understand what in the new release may be causing this or if we need to make a change going forward.

Hi All,I would like to know if there is a way to group the different published workflows. The list is very long and not easy to consult. For example, I would like templates *1*, *2*, and* 3 *,to appear next to each other in the list (one after the other), so they are easier to spot and select.Thanks for your help, Luciano

I complete a form, then select e-signature.  Recipient receives the form blank.  It is removing all completed data from the form.Trying to fix myself, and notice when I go to add the signature recipient in, all the completed data is removed, and new empty text boxes are put in its place.

After signing in, then going to Profile Settings and clicking on Change Password, another tab opens with this URL:https://accounts.adobe.com/securityand I get the following error message:This site can’t provide a secure connectionaccounts.adobe.com uses an unsupported protocol.ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCHThis was in a Chrome browser and I get the same in Firefox. We have a problem with one of our email addresses that can be recreated by anyone trying to send that user an Adobe document to sign.The issue first surfaced when one of our Directors attempted to get a contract signed by two users.  When we try to enter the problematic user's email address, it gets replaced by Sarah Smith.  The email /Sign document is sent to the correct user so they can sign it.  The issue is under the signature, which shows the correct name; the user name shows Sarah Smith.  As this is a legal document, we need both names to match.Has anyone seen this before? Thanks,Randy
