'Request e-signatures' button not working when I have Acrobat Sign as part of my plan

I’m trying to set up a contract to sign and send to a recipient for signing. When I click on ‘Request e-signatures’ in the bottom left of the screen nothing happens. I have ‘Acrobat Sign’ as part of my package.

Can anyone advise please?

    We have checked the account associated with your community profile email address, and it appears to be active and functioning properly.

    Please try sending the document using your Acrobat Online account by following these steps:

    • Open the Acrobat Online account.

    • Sign in with your Adobe credentials.

    • Go to the E-Sign tab.

    • Select the request signature.

    You may use the steps suggested here: Send documents for signature
