I have 2 signitures on my PDF but am ubable to add a third - is this normal?

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry you can’t add a third signature to your toolbar, and I’d like to help you sort it out.

To confirm what is happening and answer whether this is expected, could you please let us know:

• Where you are adding the signature: in Adobe Acrobat on a computer (Fill & Sign), in Acrobat on mobile, or on the Adobe Acrobat Sign web page.

• Your operating system and the Acrobat version you are using (Help > About Adobe Acrobat).

• What happens when you try to add the third one (the option is missing or greyed out, or a message appears). If there is a message, please share the exact wording or a screenshot.

In the meantime, here are the steps for adding a signature in Acrobat: choose All tools > Fill & Sign, then add your signature or initials by typing, drawing, or inserting an image of your handwritten signature.
