bulk e-sign – not getting signed forms

I sent out 47 forms for signature this morning using the "Send in bulk" feature. I can see from the report that 47 were send and 9 have been signed. I got an email for the first one that had been signed and can download the signed pdf. But I haven't gotten an email for any of the others. In Acrobat, when I click on "All agreements" in the left of the Home screen, it only shows 37 documents sent and non completed. How do I access my signed documents?

Hi hwormser,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please check your notification settings in the account. Ensure that you have enabled the option of the required events.

If the document is not sent to all, there is a possibility of a bounce back.

Refer to the following help document for more information: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/how-to-adjust-email-notifications-in-adobe-sign.html

Let us know if that is not the issue. We will get this checked. Share some screenshots for reference or the screen recording.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Thanks for the response. I have verified that I have email notifications turned on for "Agreement signed or approved", however, I only got an email for the first one that was signed, not for any of the others.

I signed out of my Creative Cloud account and signed back in, and now I can see Acrobat Pro home screen that several more agreements have been signed. But it's EXTREMELY difficult to track activity there since it just shows that an agreement has been completed, but not who has completed it. I have to click on each one and then open eithe the "1 of 1 completed" tab or the "Activity" tab to see which person has signed. There must be an easier way to track bulk requests for signatures. Perhaps I'm missing something?
