Can I save/create a form field template using Acrobat Pro DC with advanced e-sign

Can anyone tell me how to do this and if it is available with Pro DC with advanced e-sign?

 

I have old templates that allow me to save and reuse form fields. Now when I try to create a new template, I only have the option to save it as a reusable document.

 

I understand there typically is an option in the top right hand corner to edit "Template Properties".. however, the only thing it allows me to do is change the name of the file.

 

My subscription is virtually worthless without this feature. Wish Adobe would clearly state what features are available with each plan.

Not quite clear if you are referring to PDF form or Sign templates. Overall these are 2 different technologies (Acroform vs Sign Form)

AcroForm can be made 'Sign aware', so the Acrobat fields are converted into their Sign equivalents, see the Acrobat method:
