Cannot use template

During my Sign trial, I created and was able to use a template. Now that I have a regular account, I can no longer choose Template under Alignment. I don't seem to have a way to choose to use a template. I thought maybe my template got deleted when I upgraded my account, but it's still there. I even created some new ones, thinking that might help. The templates are all form field layer templates.

Seems you are referring to the "Form field Template", please be informed the option to apply form field templates is only Adobe Sign Adobe Sign Business & Enterprise accounts. And, Trial account was is an Enterprise level account.

To have this feature you can upgrade: Adobe Sign plans for individuals and businesses | Adobe Document Cloud
