Cant't login to adobe acrobat e-sign

I choose adobe sign account with base plan then i try to open adobe acrobat sign its redirect to same home page , anyone know the solution?

Please let us know the Adobe plan you are currently using. Also, could you please confirm if you are using the same email address for your account that you use here on the community?
