Change Name in Profile

Something simple proving to be hard to do. I need to change my Last name  in my 'edit profile' in e-sign. Can change Company, Title etc but last name is not offered. Have changed my name on my Adobe account but my old name is stuck in e-sign. How do you change it - anyone know? Thank you

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you have mentioned above, Last Name tab does not appear in the Edit window under My profile.

You have also mentioned that you have already changed your name in the Adobe account.

In this case, you need to contact support to make changes to your profile name in Adobe Sign account manually from there end.

For the subscribed account, find below the steps to contact support:

• Login to your Adobe Sign account directly via Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign

In this case, you need to contact support to make changes to your profile name in Adobe Sign account manually from there end.

For the subscribed account, find below the steps to contact support:

• Login to your Adobe Sign account directly via Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign.

• Once logged in, check the upper right corner of the page and click the question mark icon.

• It will re-direct you to the page where you get the option to create the support case or to start a chat with the team.

• If you've never logged in this way, use the forgot password option on the login link to set your password.
