When I send a document for signing, the standard email text says something like "Please review and complete this document." It seems somewhat cold and impersonal. I therefore have to type in a friendlier email. How can I configure my account so that the standard outgoing email says something like
We are excited to have you as a customer. Could you kindly review and electronically sign our service agreement. Please start by clicking on the link below. Many thanks,
Pat
I can't for the life of me figure out how to do this or whether it is even possible.
Thanks!
Hi maidpurec22904899,
Please be informed it won't be possible to customize the email sent for signature. It's a predefined format that the signers receive for signature any changes to it won't be possible.
However we are talking this as a feedback.
Thank you,
Aadesh

We are now in 2025. Has this feature been added? If so, on which Product level? I too would like to personalize the outgoing email(s) with one or more specific paragraphs of information.

Hi @alisa_5614,
Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!
The feature is available for enterprise-level accounts under the ETLA contract.
More info around this can be found here: https://adobe.ly/44cuB3H.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Souvik.

Thank you. A follow up question -- during our Adobe free trial, I tested a customized email template in our account. Now that we have settled on paid AdobePRO account, the customized email template is STILL in our account. It is the only outgoing email template and inserts itself into every email we send. I cannot remove it because AdobePRO does not include that feature (according to your reply above). We don't need ETLA contract level of service. PRO is more than enough for us but how can this annoying content be removed? *I understand that we can manually remove the verbiage from the content box before sending BUT that is a waste of time and inevitably someone forgets to do it daily which leads to more chaos.

Hi alisa_5614,
Could you please share the screenshot of the content you are referring to? We will let you know if it can be removed or not.
Thanks,
Meenkashi
