We have been using Adobe Sign for years now and has been fairly trouble free. We then received a report that the date/time stamp was not showing up for a user. We had the orginator of the document email us the document and we signed in the same field and the Signature was applied successfully with the date/time stamp. We checked a few other users and their signatures with date/time stamp also were fine. What could cause this issue and how would be go about fixing this?

Thanks

To update what happened. The user had created their signature using the automated method to create the signature and used the touchscreen to create his signature. We beleive this is no longer supported. We removed his signature and he manually created the signature (this time using his mouse to create the signature) and now the date/time stamp is shown in the signature field. Hope this helps others.

Check user settings.  In order for data/time stamp to show - this has to be clicked

Yes, we checked that and everything was setup correctly and like other users that weren't having the issue. Again, removing the signature and re-creating it was the only way we could get the timestamp for him to show. Everything is now working as expected.
