Date format

Bonjour probleme lorsque je remplis un formulaire adobe sign quand je selectione une date le format n'est pas bon voici des images

Hope you're doing well, and thanks for reaching out.  We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this issues.

To change the date format in your PDF form, follow these steps:

• Open the PDF form in Acrobat Pro

• Go to Tools > Prepare Form

• Double-click on the date field to open its properties

• Go to the Format tab

• Set the Format Category to Date

• Choose your preferred date format from the list

Hi thank Amel but im on my iPad its a form fill n sign i dont havé those access Settings

Hi @mourad_9763, 

If you are not the person who created this form, then you can't change the format. 

Formatting is done at form generation time on forms, whether normal PDF or Adobe Sign. For more information on Sign field types: https://adobe.ly/3IS5ps9;

And the suggestion given by @Amal., was referring to formatting done at the Acrobat Desktop app level.
