Delete stored incorrect e-mail address

I typed an e-signature request e-mail incorrectly. Now every time I begin to enter the e-mail, the incorrect one keeps popping up. Is there a way to delete that stored information so that only the correct one pops up?

Yes, you may click on the"X" icon next to the email address suggestion when it appears. The email address will be permanently removed from the suggestion.

This worked online, but on the application (I'm on a macbook) there is no visible X to remove the e-mail addresses and the incorrect ones are still populating.  There are two spots, first on the pop up right after clicking the "Request Signatures" button.  And then if I go to add additional signers after the document is processed/being prepared to send for signature.  I can send screenshots but there is real user data so i will have to redact.  Let me know if that would be helpful.  Thank you!

Hello Meenakshi,

No worries, appreciate your time. I've included two screenshots below. The first is the desktop application and the second is the web-based application. You will see the incorrect e-mail address nicole.doran@ninevehhospice.com.com is listed, but there is no "X" available to remove it, and it continues to populate. It is more of an issue on the web-based version (or on my macbook application which pulls up the search similar to the web-based version) and I cannot see the full e-mail address. I was having to ask clients to re-complete forms that required my co-signature because it was being forwarded to an e-mail address that doesn't exist for my sign-off. As a work around, I created an alias e-mail address (nicole@ninevehhospice.com) but would like to delete the incorrect e-mail address if there is a way to do so. This would also help in case I accidentally mis-key someone else's e-mail address in the future.

The above is from the desktop version, you can see the error in the e-mail (.com twice) but there is no "X" to delete this from the stored e-mail list.

This one is from the online version, you can't see the error on the e-mail address on this one leaving additional room to choose the wrong one if not careful.  Additionally, there is again no "X" available to delete this from the previously stored e-mail list.

Has a solution been found for this?  I'm on a Window's laptop and there isn't an X next to the email address to delete it.
