I needed to upload a new version of a document so I deleted the old sign template and created a new sign template. The old temp still shows up when I go to send a document yet does not show under any of the management tools. I have attached what it is I am seeing. The template with the red arrow in the first image is the old template that I had deleted and the templete below is the new one. The second and third images show that the new tempate is listed but the old is not when I go into the management tools. I just want the old template to not be listed anymore. This has happened with several templates now.
Any help would be apprecited.

Hi there,
As you have mentioned above, you have already deleted the template and it still shows in the template list. Please use the steps provided in the following thread with similar issue to delete the Adobe Sign template when accessing the service via Document Cloud:

If the document is already deleted from the account it will not appear in the search list.
Let us know if the issue still persists.
