Deleting preset templates created by Adobe.

Has anyone had any luck with deleting the preset templates provided by Adobe? 

This is causing confusion with users having access to these templates and would like these hidden/removed.  A support ticket did not resolve the issue.

Please make sure that you have admin access to the account. If not, please contact the account admin for Acrobat Sign in your organization.
