Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.
Please let us know if the issue occurs only when you try to send a document via the Acrobat desktop application. Did you try sending the document via the Acrobat web account? If not, try and check if it works.
Open the Acrobat web account and sign in using your Adobe credentials. Then, go to the E-Sign tab and select Request Signatures. You may also refer to the steps suggested here: https://adobe.ly/3HP3Yun.
