I have a user license of Adobe Sign that I use here at work but not everyone in the company, as well with my other signatories have an Adobe account.

Greetings!
Signers do not need to have an active account within Adobe Sign.
Licensing is only used to permit access to Send agreements, and for the purpose of account level administration.
The only reason anyone would not be able to sign your agreements would be if they were part of an existing Adobe Sign account, and they had their signing privileges deliberately revoked by their admin.

Okay, great! Are there written instructions, that I can share with my users, on how to create and/or sign a document via Adobe Sign without an active account?

Hi Erikw,
Sorry for the delay in response.
When you send a document for signature, the recipient receives a link to the document.
They just need to click on that link provided in the email to open and fill the document.
There are no set of instructions for that.
Hope the information helps.
Regards,
Meenakshi

This appears to be security issue, in that if my email is compromised the intruder can sign the received document. Surely the process for the recipient is to click on the email link, sign-in then apply signature to the documents. Please advise how to proceed.
