Document Builder:INVALID_JOB_ID

New Here ,
May 15, 2024 May 15, 2024

Hi All,

We are using Adobe Sign for salesforce and generate our documents in salesforce however we are unable to create any documents from a salesforce record page any more as we get the Document Builder:INVALID_JOB_ID. Any thoughts on what to look for?

Confirming this has been resolved overnight for my Org and I was notified by Support that the Engineers updated a backend fix for this. Seems like total downtime for this issue was somewhere around 5am EST until just about the same time the following day for future reference and people looking here if/when it happens again.

I've moved your post from Using the Community (for forum questions) to Adobe Acrobat Sign for you.

Looks like Support is saying they are aware of this issue affecting many orgs. I was told the Engineers are working on it. So it would seem that if/when this particular error occurs, it is on Adobe's end.

Interesting. My support rep didn't mention that, didn't seem to know anything about it, and told me a "Subject Matter Expert" would be giving me a call. I even gave him the link to this thread to prove it's not just our org having the issue.

I opened a support ticket and then opened a chat session with an agent. This was their response to my support ticket

I just received a call from Adobe Tech Support - The caller identified an ongoing issue with an invalid job ID, confirming that it is a high-priority bug being addressed by the team.
