Getting message that I've "EXCEEDED Page Limit"

This document cannot be sent out for e-signatures because it exceeds the page limit for your license.  However it's only 1 page.  Huh?  I need to get this signed!

Hi,

Cause: some pdfs may have invisible pages (especially digital sign pdfs)

Solution: print the pdf into "Microsoft Print to PDF" or "Adobe PDF", to rid the invisible stuff. Then you can request e-signature.

You're welcome!!

Thank you for reaching out.

Please refer to your plan's transaction limits provided in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/transaction-limits.html.

As mentioned above, it is a single-page document. Would you mind sharing the document with us?

Share the screenshot of the error message.

Hi, I am experiencing the same issue.  Cannot send 4 pages for e-signatures. Works fine if it is 1 page.  Can you please advise which licenses I required to allow this?  Sharing screenshot of error message.

Hi Hamun5ED5,

Thank you for reaching out.

We have checked the screenshot, and it does not make sense for a document of 4 pages. Ensure that the file fulfills all the limits mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/transaction-limits.html.

Would you mind sharing the document with us so we can check with the team and investigate this issue?

Also, share your Adobe ID (email address) for the account in a private message. You may initiate a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

So I have a 31-pg document, printed using "Microsoft Print to PDF", and yet it says I have too many pages?  Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
