I was wondering how can I download a combined PDF of a completed document (the exact same file I would get via email after the document is signed and filed).
Thanks
Hi Mariof,
Sorry for the delay in response.
I have checked that you are using the Adobe Sign individual service.
Currently, there is no option to download the PDF with the audit report from the application.
However, you will receive the audit report with the PDF via email once the document is signed and filed.
Hope the information helps.
Let us know if you have any questions.

Hi snooperhead,
Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble.
The settings to attach the audit report to the document are not available with the Acrobat Sign individual plan.
However, you can contact the support team to see if they can make any changes at the backend. You may contact support via the steps suggested here: https://adobe.ly/41tFc9P.
You may share your suggestion with the team here: https://adobe.ly/3JA0qwy.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

This is far from satisfactory. Adobe needs to fix this and provide an integrated document for download.

As it would happen it appears that this can be done. Not sure if this is new or just that we didn't know how to do it before.
Once an agreement is completed, you can go into Manage>Completed in adobe sign. Once there select the agreement you need a combined copy of click the agreement and under Actions click Download PDF. This PDF will have the audit report amended to the end of the document.
THERE IS A TIME LIMIT ON THIS! So do it asap once signed as after ~1-2 year it will only allow you to download the audit report. This also assumes you do not have any data retention policies set up that would outright delete the agreements before that ~1 year cut off.

This is not an answer. Particularily since the answer would suggest that someone with an enterprise lisence would not have this issue however this is not the case. Please make it posssible to download combined documents. If Docusign can do it adobe should take notes and make sure abobe sign can also. This is a critical ablity in the life sciences field and the lack of this combined download ablity makes adobe sign useless.

ADOBE why is this not done yet?? Super simple to make happen. When I use the bulk sign feature, it DOES NOT email me every time a document is signed. Just some of them. I get notifications on my winodws bar and I can download some of them that way, but I cannot download the document with audit report attached from the Adobe website. I have even tried combining them on my desktop and it won't let me because that screws up the document's authencity. Really not happy about this for software that we pay for every month.

I also am switching to hello sign because of this. This is ridiculous. You encourage us to use the online cloud platform, and then give it such friction for downloading the signed copy with audit? Of course any e-signed document is going to need the audit page to show the signature is valid. It doesn't make any sense that they don't make this easy to do on the online platform or app.

I found out how to do it; it comes with the email that notified you everyone had signed the document as an attachment. Like the version with sign doc and Audit

It doesn't always email both the signed document and the audit report. This is a real nightmare because it is STILL not possible to download the audit report from the platform. Unless someone has found a workaround that doesn't involve saying "it comes with the email" because this is not always the case and if it doesn't we are screwed... 😞

@Erik26005477metf I cannot do this- If I go to Manage>Completed .. Check the box to select the file.. Click Download PDF icon or Download PDF in the ribbon bar.. I only get my completed agreement. The audit trail is not attached at the end. Please tell me if I'm doing something wrong because I really need a combined document (agreement + audit trail). I have an enterprise account.

How old is your agreement? and are you the owner of the agreement (in otherwords did someone send this or did you send it?)

The document is a few hours old. I actually found the answer on another Discussions thread "Re: Need the final audit report attached to signed document." I contacted the admin of the enterprise account and had them change the Global Settings. Once they made the changes, I was able to use the same Manage>Completed>Download PDF workflow and this time the audit trail was attached at the end.

Great info! But, apparently this won't work if you don't have access to global settings. I have Acrobat Sign becuase I pay monthly for Adobe Acrobat Pro. It seems that I don't have the enterprise version, which seems to give you access to global settings. Can anybody confirm that I am not able to (or able to) access global settings given that I don't think I have the enterprise version? It is unbelievable that Adobe cannot address this.

Still not addressed correctly and fixed. As many have said, the emails don't always arrive, especially when you do bulk sign with multiple recipients. Getting an automated email should never be the ONLY way to get the authentic document. ADOBE WHY ARE YOU NOT FIXING THIS VERY SIMPLE ISSUE?
