Duplicate Agreements

Anyone experiencing duplicate agreements created ocassionally?
I am currently experiencing this when creating agreement automatically.
My logs shows it run once but agreement was created twice at the same datetime.


This is kinda urgent, hope someone can help.

It is still happening ocassionally.

If you check the video clearly, 3 agreements can be seen wherein 1 was created twice, making a duplicate agreement. Both was created via same logic and was run once for each agreement.

Kindly check, this is hurting out client's operation.
