Get signature on last page instead of new page

New Here ,

Hi Folks,

My requirement is to get signature on the last page of the document rather than new page added by adobe sign when requested for signature.

Here are the steps, which I'm following:

  1. Dynamically generated pdf is uploaded to Adobe Sign using Microsoft flow connector (Upload a document and get a document ID)
  2. Once Document ID genarated, Calling another connector (Create an agreement from an uploaded document and send for signature) to send document for aprovers based on the document ID generated from above step.

Please refer below screenshot of above two steps:

1.PNG

When the approver receives email, it is creating requesting signature on the new page rather than last page of document. Below is the screenshot.

2.PNG

Please advise, what settings need to be modified to capture the signature on last page of the document.

Hi Srinivas,

Good question.

To circumvent this issue, please position a signature block text tag i.e.:

 {{*SigB_es_:signer1:signatureblock}}

on the last page of the document. This will produce the signature in that position. You can amend the size of the font to reflect the size of the signature box.

For more text tags, I'd like to refer you to our Text Tag Guide. A new page with signature box will no longer be created.

Let me know if this works, or if you have any more questions.

Is there a way to automatically add the signature block to the bottom of a PDF document using MS flow? It will be quite a hassle to ask users to edit each PDF individually before they trigger the flow.

@jesse.hols - If you use a document template in library then you can add the script botttom of the template. Then Adobe action in Flow will take care rest of the things automatically. Hope I answered your question.

Thanks for your reply! The thing is that I would like to upload a document and then create an agreement from an uploaded document using a template. Each document is unique so I would need a Reusable form field layer Template to tell Adobe Sign where to put the signature on the uploaded document. This is possible if I login to Adobe Sign. However, I do not see the option to use a Reusable form field layer template directly from MS Flow. Any ideas if there is another way to accomplish this?image.png
