Hide code text tag to pdf form when null value

I use the adobe document generation plugin for word and convert it to pdf but if have a null value it still shows a code text tag.
I would like to hide it if it's the null value

I use the adobe document generation plugin for word and convert it to pdf but if have a null value it still shows a code text tag.
I would like to hide it, if it's the null value and show blank filed.

Anyone know how to fix this problem?
