How do I add a Document Template to my Library Templates with all forms already set up?

I use the same contract over and over for different clients, and have to setup the fields custom every time which is a total pain.  Also, there is no "Add Template Document" option within my account anywhere, not where the tutorials say it should be or anywhere else.

How do I fix this?

Ben

Hello Ben,

You can go to Dashboard->Additional Functions and click "Add document to library" and then can upload the form into it. If your document already contains form fields, they would be automatically get detected. Otherwise, you can also add form fields within EchoSign too.
