How to change the language for recipients signature?

Bonsoir,

Comment procéder pour faire en sorte que mon destinataire reçoive à signer mon document avec l'aide Acrobat en Français ? Je ne vois pas où régler ce choix. Merci pour votre aide.

If you are using Acrobat Sign to send the document for signature, refer to the information on the following help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/multilanguage-sending-signing.html

However, the feature is not available with your current plan. The feature is available with the Acrobat Sign Enterprise plan only.

How do you expect a small business to subscribe to this option? I think Adobe should understand that a small business today has the same needs and requirements as a larger company. So I think offering this option is just ridiculous and inappropriate.

Despite using the e-sign feature for many years I only recently encountered the problem of varying languages in the email messages. I have set the appropriate language however there is still a mismatch in the language of the emails being sent out.

When you say the mismatch in the email language, could you please share more information on this? A few examples would help us to understand what is not working.

confirmation / admin emails are sent in the language of subscription region but emails to the receipient are sent in english. The expectation is that all emails are in the language set in the settings.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the delayed response.

 

From the response, it appears that the recipients have their accounts set up and the language configured in a way that allows them to receive emails in English.

 

If the emails are within the organization, can you cross-check the global settings and override all existing settings to be set up according to your preference?

 

Let us know if this is not the situation, and we can investigate further.
