Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my eSignature requests from Adobe Sign, as my recipients receive the email in Spanish.
I checked threads like: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-acrobat-sign-discussions/how-to-change-the-language-of-messages... . When I go to settings, everything is set on English:
What else could I check to identify how to remedy this issue?
Thank you.

Hi Lois29222031udta,
Thank you for reaching out.
We checked your account and see you have an Acrobat Pro subscription. It includes the Acrobat Sign individual plan. The option to change the language for the recipient's emails is available in business and enterprise accounts only (https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/multilanguage-sending-signing.html).
Let us know if you use a different email from the one used to sign in here in the community.
As we see that you have been using the service for a long time, please let us know if the behavior changed recently. Try sending a document to your alternate email address and check if you get the email in Spanish.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

How is that supposed to help?
You are not able to set languages for the recipients. It's an intended fault with die Sign component in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Adobe doesn't tell you beforehand on the comparison sheets. You need to subscribe to another different product.... the language choices are random otherwise, sometimes it turns out in the correct language, sometimes it remains english.

Hi BMFJ-24031980,
Thank you for reaching out.
Could you please share more information on what you mean by here "sometimes it turns out in the correct language, sometimes it remains English."
Do you mean that the document is sent in another language and appears in English? It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of how you sent the document and how it appears on the recipient's end.
Thanks,
Meenakshi
