How to delete signed document?

New Here ,
Jun 28, 2019 Jun 28, 2019

I find the document in Adobe Sign Manage, under Shared > For Signature > Signed and would like to remove it. The only options available are:

1. Print, enlarge, pdf. hide

2. View, share, protect, remind, history notes

I checked all the articles regarding clicking on the file and then "cancel" and "delete" and don't see either of these buttons. Please help.

But your link just takes you to the same information? What about when businesses need to bulk delete data in order to comply with data protection and GDPR? You cannot just retain client data forever and this method of deletion is absolutely not acceptable in the UK! We don't even know which email addresses relate to the specific clients that need to be deleted. There has to be a way of being able to bulk delete data, otherwise Adobe sign is simply illegal and not fit for the purpose of business use.

I agree. The damned instructions are old. The stupid appication does not say that it is creating a permanent publically accessible document! There should be a law. You, Adobe, need to provide a way for the creators of documents to delete them. This is crap. At the very least post a warning regarding what it is that is being created.

Please update your stupid, useless, instructions.

Hi! Did you ever get help from Adobe? Your account admin can request for the Delete API to be enabled so you can bulk delete agreements using Power Automate. We had that enabled and works great.
