The documents have expired though one of the signers hasn't signed.

Hi @YuDam28344106x0gs

Thanks for reaching out.

Once an agreement has expired in Adobe Sign, the expiration period cannot be extended or changed. The recommended way is to send the document again with a new expiration date that gives all signers enough time to complete. You can adjust the expiration settings before sending in Send Settings > Expiration.

For more information on managing, tracking, and changing agreements in Adobe Sign, please visit this help article: https://adobe.ly/4mp2JAq;

Check the section: "Set, edit, or cancel an expiration date"

Note: If an agreement is not completed or canceled by the expiration date, the transaction is Expired.

Expired agreements are tracked in their own section of the Manage page.

"Expired" is a terminal status and cannot be reversed. Actions predicated on a terminal status (eVaulting, retention, etc.) will be triggered by an Expired agreement.

Let us know if you have further questions.
