Issue with Declining document

We phased issue with declining to sign a document.

"When there is a mistake to the document and we want to decline the agreement, for some reason when we press decline nothing happens and we cannot decline the agreement. "

Is there something we can check to fix it?

Hi Elena,

Thank you for reporting this and sorry for the trouble.

This is a known issue in Adobe Sign and the team is working on the fix.

In the meantime, you may try a workaround. You can use Keyboard to navigate and Decline.

Enter a reason, hit tab key for focus on Cancel button, hit tab key again to focus on Decline button. Once focused on a button, hit Enter key to execute a click.
