Most efficient procedure to route a document that always requires the same party's signatures

Hello – I am hoping to get help on how to accomplish something for my company.

We have a form that is routed to 8 people for signatures. They sign in designated signature fields in a specific order. The data on the form changes but it always is routed to the same 8 people in the same order and with the same designated signature fields.

I need a recommendation on the most efficient way to save the work flow for this form, so that we do not need to designate who must sign it and where their signatures must go each time we route it.

Our current procedure is to use the Request E-signatures tool: We enter the 8 people who must sign it and then assign them to signature fields on our form. However, because those people will stay the same every time we route this form, we want to avoid this step.

Is there a way to save a work flow, so that we can update the contents of a document but when we route it, it will always issue to the same group for signatures in the same order and with the same designated signature fields?

That can easily be done with a workflow. Unfortunately, only Acrobat Sign for Enterprise has workflow capabilites.  With workflows, you can preset specific signers.

What program are you using? Acrobat Sign or Acrobat Pro?

Thank you very much for the direction. This is very helpful.

I have one follow-up question: Will only one user (the user sending out documents to be signed) need Acrobat Sign for Enterprise, or will all of the parties who will sign it need to be subscribed as well?

With Acrobat Sign for Enterprise you have unlimited users. But yes, only the sender needs access to Sign.
