電子署名をリクエストする際に、「デバイスからファイルを選択する」を押してもファイルが開かれず、反応がありません。iPhoneや他のパソコンから同じことはできますが、私のだけできないのはなぜでしょうか。解決方法が知りたいです。

Please let us know if the issue occurs on this particular machine and if it works fine with others. If you are using the desktop application, try rebooting the machine once. If that does not help, try reinstalling the application once.
If you are using the browser, try clearing the cache and cookies. Try using any alternate browser or the New incognito window on Chrome.
